The old "King's Daughters Hospital" in Frankfort was closed in 1974.
The old hospital was renovated and converted into 60 One-Bedroom
Apartments and opened in 1981 as King's Daughters Apartments
and is subsidized by HUD under the Section 202/223F Housing Program.
Rent is based on income with all utilities paid.

professionally managed by Kirkpatrick Management
Company-Kentucky Division.
